Runners don't need expensive kit like cyclists

Running is one of the cheapest sports to participate in.  With the right pair of shoes and a sports bra you have all the equipment you need.  But if you decide to run regularly all year round, it is a good idea to buy suitable clothes which will make you more comfortable.

My top tip is that I have a shoe wallet threaded through the laces of my running shoes, which contains a spare front door key, a £20 note, and a RoadID tag with my name and emergency phone number.  This saves me having to remember, or having to carry, my keys and money when I go for a run.
